"Since the brain does not fully mature until 25 we should not expect mature actions out of our young people.  Boys will be boys.  There is nothing we can do except to allow them to learn by their experience."

1. Describe human rights in your own words.

2. Name at least two Rights of Children and Young Persons.  Describe ways on how you can protect that right as an educator.

3.  Find RA 9344, RA 7610, RA 7658, RA 8049, and RA 8353.  Why is it important to know these laws?
